This is a repeat of our 2009 tour (see itinerary below).

A demanding adventure tour ascending the World’s highest roads over the Indian Himalayas to Leh, capital of Buddhist Ladakh, culminating with the ascent of the Khardung La, at 18,330 feet.  A breathtaking journey through an isolated and incredible landscape dotted with tiny villages and monasteries.  Modest  daily mileage to allow for acclimatization.  Five major passes over 16,000 feet to climb on route.   A mixture of hotels and camping.  Camping kit and  meals provided, luggage transferred and vehicle support throughout.  Not for the faint-hearted -  a journey to remember.
